COPY Mr. Robert J. Schwartz August 13, 1951 Edwin F. Rains Mr. Arnold has asked me to request you to prepare a paper or papers for transmittal to him showing the following: 1. The names and addresses of all Chinese individuals and other entities in the United States who the TFR-300 reports showed to have assets of $100,000 or more. 2. The names and addresses of all Chinese individuals and other entities, wherever located, who the TFR-603 reports showed to have assets of $100,000 or more. 3. There is in preparation a master list of names connected in one way or another with the China lobby. A copy of this list will be transmitted to you as soon as it has been prepared. Mr. Arnold requests that upon receipt of this list you check the names contained therein against the information contained in the reports on Forms TFR-300, 500 and 603, and that a tabulation of your findings in this connection be prepared. In setting up the schedules in connection with the above matters you should set forth the name and address of the individual and the total amount showed in the appropriate report.
