Here are two copies of the draft I mentioned
to you on the phone. I would be much obliged for
your comments and reactions, both substantive and
language-wise, as early tomorrow morning as you can
manage.
I would also be appreciative if the DPC
could take responsibility for filling in the blanks
in the latter part of the message and for checking
the accuracy of all the factual statements.
