MEMORANDUM TO MR. HOPKINS:
Dear Bill:
Here is a file which should
certainly have gone with the Presi-
dent's papers, but which was in the
safe and since I never look in the safe,
I didn't know it was still here. I
found it when Bell and I cleaned the
safe out. If there is any way you can
get it transmitted, I should be very
much obliged.
