Dear Dr. Treasure:
Replying to your letter of the Nineteenth,
I regret that I do not have a West Point appointment at
my disposal for Harold.
I had the same number of West Point appoint-
ments this year that I hed for Annapolia, However, I
made my West Point appointments in January, and I have
no vacancies at this time.
I ata very sorry that it did not work out that
Harold could take the Annapolis appointment.
