Dear Mr. Consul General:
I am enclosing you a letter which has
been received from Mr. Jacobson of the Westport
Laundry Company, Kansas City, Missouri, regarding
the visa applications of Mr. Phillip Windmueller
and family of Dortmund, Germany.
Mr. Jacobson's letter explains the case
thoroughly, and if this application can be recon-
sidered in the light of the facts .given therein,
I will appreciate it very much.
