December 9, 1939 American Consul General Stuttgart, Germany Dear Mr. Consul General: I am enclosing you a letter which has been received from Mr. Jacobson of the Westport Laundry Company, Kansas City, Missouri, regarding the visa applications of Mr. Phillip Windmueller and family of Dortmund, Germany.
