Left the Towers -- took short tour of Old Montreal including Notre Dame cathedral.

Arrived at the City Hall -- greetings from Mayor Drapeau; I made a few remarks and
then we went inside to sign the guest register.

Then returned to the Fair Grounds for dinner as the guest of the Belgian Ambassador
in the Belgian Pavilion.
