09/601 10100fy 3/26/69 Dear Russ: I appreciate very much your taking the trouble to send me the full description of the telephone link between the Chancellor's office and the President's office. I had learned of the system before, but had never known all the details. I also want to thank you for everything you did for all of us while the President was in Germany.
