Wanted to see if he might be able to see K again. K said if he\nwas not leaving how xix long he would be here. Y said it depended on\nhim; K said he might be able to see Y tomorrow morning, but hated for\nhim to wait just on that chance. Y asked when he would know; K said by\n11:00 this morning--will - call to tell him by then. K said it was good to\nsee him in any case; Y agreed that they had had a good talk. K said he\ndoesn't often see people he can really talk with and trust in his office.\nY said he could believe that. K said, you know I'm damning you with\nfaint praise.
