That's\nwhat I want discussed. I am in no position to tell you. If we could get an\nanalysis that we need such a degree of force we could get the carriers. Now\nhe is flying blind. The\nbest economist that we have will have to help us on this and we will need the\nCouncil on Economic Advisors on this.\nK: We have them but we have to have national security considerations in.
