P: After my discussion with you I came to the conclusion it didn't make sense
to ask the President to see the Board. So I will ask him to see David, Geo.
Woods, and myself. It's not something he is aware of and a larger meeting
is not justified use of his time. Do you agree?
K: There's a lot to be said for it.
P: I didn't want to send my letter until I had talked to you.
