problem on the Hill. It is a firm intention and a basic effort of
my friend to get a mutually acceptable agreement at the earliest.
He has been doing his best in this direction. But I am sorry to
say he is still not in a position at this moment to be able to give
you a specific date or deadline. Our
will be closed
the day after tomorrow, and he will be working along the lines
as I conveyed them to you earlier. At this moment, that is all
