H: If we want to get it out we are not getting the word even to our own people
so we have to do it better. The stuff is there -- in your briefing.
K: Do you want to talk to Pat Moynihan who is in my office?
M: Is it in the East Room? I have no talking part?
H: The President will call on the General for wheat we have done generally
and Rogers for what we have down diplomatically and then discussion. Then
later a run down from Shultz. Henay call on you for it.
KI:: Just be there. OK.
H: That's all there is to it.
