Where do we stand on that discussions with the British. Because I'm
going to see them this Noon.

They have been given all of the data with regard to the options that
we developed last summer. We told them that the President should
know what the inclinations were, and at that point he would be prepared
to make a decision and pass it back through the bureaucracy. They
are in a position in which they ought to decide very shortly.
K:
What is it that you personally recommend.
S:
That they do ?

Yes.

I guess I'd prefer to say that on a secure line.
