Yeah But it's a closed decision. If I knew they were not going to
review -- renew or if they moved against that company -- there's one
company, Zoro Company --

Well, suppose we abstain but we go there and we make a little speech
about it.

I think that would be appropriate.

I might even send Simon to do it as a signal that we take this very
seriously.
