Yes, George.
S:
Hi, Henry. The other day we talked about having a meeting at 8:30
to pull people together. I've started that now. And I guess there was
some confusion in your office -- I had somebody call down and see
if you come. But,anyway, we will have every morning at 8:30 for however
long in my office there in the White House Timmons and --
K:
Does Haldeman know about that?
S:
Not that I know of.
K:
I think you better tell him.
S:
Ehrlichman knows about it; he suggested it.
K:
Well, good. Well, then in it then you're all right. My trouble is I'm
having a breakfast tomorrow morning; I'll come Friday.
S:
Well, I think whenever you can come.
K:
Good.
S:
Just the way of, you know, having some place to sit down and talk to each
other. That's all.
K:
It's essential; it's essential. The demoralization is progressing rapidly.
S:
Well, I have had a hard time getting a phone call to Ehrlichman answered
in the last few days and I don't imagine I'd have much success with
Haldeman.
K:
Yeah. You haven't talked to the President?
S:
No. Have you?
K:
Very briefly but he's not undertaking -- at least with me a systematic
examination.
S:
Okay.
