TELECON Max Fisher/Secretary Kissinger March 9, 1974 9:17 AM K: What is that holiday on Monday evening? F: I found out they don't activate it. I have three Rabbis. K: Secondly, is it a bad day? F: No, it's alright now. We're coming at 4:45. K: Would you like to do it earlier in the day? F: No, I had to call them twice already. Is it better for you earlier? K: I don't see how you can ask four Rabbis to come. F: It's all been straightened out. K: But will they come? F: They'll be there. K: You don't think we should chance the time. F: No, leave it as it is. K: I understand this. I can't help it if I'm surrounded by Mormons. I have an appointment with the Joint Chiefs at 3:00. What I know of Jewish holidays it's best not to run people up against holidays. F: Everything is under control.now. K: What if I'm late? F: I wouldn't worry about it. K: Would they have to leave? F: They won't have to leave. I'm planning for 4:45; I know you won't be there until 5:00. K: OK. F: Now that you're calling, I think basically it's a good thing. K: I would like to meet them.
