in constructive attitude.

K: I thought we could get SALT limitation through you as part of
negotiation.
D: When will you be back?
K: Sun. night and seeing you on Tues. We will work out how we proceed.
D: I spoke today with a representative of State and he said --
K: You can handle with him second order ixlx issues.
D: On Tues. would like -- I have a reply on question you asked on the M.E.
K: Good.
