If it ie desirable I would talk over the matter of changing the grades of undark with Bilstein and after several samples are made and compared by me, 1 would suggest what I would do in the case. Be it under- stood, however, that the fact does not need to be considered a.s intrusion on my part. Comparison of old and new material off hand and roughly speaking would look as follows:- Old Mkrgr New D 100 75 E 66.6 55 F 50 40 G 33.3 27 or 25 H 25 - IM I 16.6 16.6 J 12.5 12.5 Using new zinc and maintaining ite quality constant - or (it is hard to do that in present zinc lab.) selecting only suitable zine - that ie rejecting any run not coming up to quality - will make this reduction
