Miss Smith,
Dr. Scchocky expressed a desire that the salesmen should
be 1005 informed as to the plant methods and operations
of the in order that they can carry the message
intelligently to our oustomers. Selesmen must be interested
in technical developments in order to interest customers,
and to persuade customers intelligently that the quality
of UNDARK is superior to other luminous materials. All
plant departments must operate effectively, for if one
does not the result of the whole operation is upset.
Men in the plant depend upon the salesmen to bring to them
ideas and messages of the trade. Buyers are particularly
interested in the facts of development in any line, if
they are buying. This interest offers an opportunity
to convince them of the superior quality of UNDARK.
The plant is equipped with specialists well trained, who
desire to give the sales department full benefit of their
knowledge in technical experience.
