ROUGE 2921 SEP Meeting was called at 8:30 P.M. at the Application Plant, the following members of our organization being presents Dr. Sochocky, Messrs: Strobl, Messrs: Roeder, H.B. Veidt, Dimick, H.A.Veidt, UNITED STATEB Downs, Poth, RADIUN CORP. Sullivan, Creen, Strong, Harold Day, Mayes Bartman, Hamlin Miss Smith, Dr. Scchocky expressed a desire that the salesmen should be 1005 informed as to the plant methods and operations of the in order that they can carry the message intelligently to our oustomers. Selesmen must be interested in technical developments in order to interest customers, and to persuade customers intelligently that the quality of UNDARK is superior to other luminous materials. All plant departments must operate effectively, for if one does not the result of the whole operation is upset. Men in the plant depend upon the salesmen to bring to them ideas and messages of the trade. Buyers are particularly interested in the facts of development in any line, if they are buying. This interest offers an opportunity to convince them of the superior quality of UNDARK. The plant is equipped with specialists well trained, who desire to give the sales department full benefit of their knowledge in technical experience. arr. Bilstein read a paper on manufacturing, beginning with zine sulphide, sun's action on zine sulphide. Zine sulphide is excited by sun rays.
