31 Nassau St.,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Strahan:
I am returning enclosed the draft of
minutesof the last directors' meeting. These were left
by Mr. McDonald.
It seems to me that just a brief statement that
Mr. Edmonds referred to the Frank patents would be sufficient
as indicated on the copy. I have also changed one word in
the paragraph shead of the last resolution on the last page
which I think more nearly describes the situation.
