Re: Carlough VS U.S. Radium:
I have been endeavoring to get the Insurance Company
in the above matter to recede from its position in regards to
the two matters which are still open, but apparently they are
stubborn and will not change their position.
I am retaining in my files all of the releases and
other papers.
Please let me hear from you on this very embarrassing
situation.
