Gentlemen:
We hand you herowith notice of a Bill in Chancery served on US
by Potter & Berry on July 19th, regarding the Grace Fryer case against
this corporation.
We had a long converence with Markley of Collins and Corbin,
and Mr. Smith of Edwards and Smith, who represent the New Amsterdam
Casualty Company, yosterday afternoon. The subject of this bill in
Chancery was also discussed and they suggested that they be officially
notified by sending the copies of the notice through the respective
insurance Companies.
