RECER APR 13 1928 Cohmbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons EPIDEMIOLOGY 437 WEST 59TH street, NEW YORK INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC HEALTH PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION SANITARY SCIENCE April I2 Ig28 Mr Lee United States Radium Corp., PARKING LUMINOUS New York City, N.Y. L CORP. Dear Mr Lee; I am enclosing a. letter from Dr. Bean which you can return to me when you have read it. I promised him that we would let him know as near as possible when you would want him to testify SO he could get over at about that time and not lose any time. Have you heard any thing from D Schlundt as to whether he will be present on the 22nd? Mr Barker and I will have to get together sometime and discuss what determinations we will make. For example if we take expired air it will take longer than the girls would want to give us and it might be that we will run into difficulty. Personally I feel that the Gamma ray instrument will tell us all that we need to know. If our results are negative we might want to take expired air. Yours Windenck. truly B. Flum.
