Any preliminary experiments which you are in a position to conduct prior to coming here will be of that much more assistance. There have been no new develogments in the radium cases, except the appointment of the above referred to Committee. I infer your question pretains perticularly as to whether we have had any new suits brought against us - my opinion is that we will not have any suite until the opinion of this Committee has been made public. Should they find that all the claims made regarding the condition of the complainants at the recent action are true, we will probably have quite a few new cases appearing.
