July 31, 1930. Charles 11. Weeks, Es: 810 Broad Street, Newark, N.J. John Winans, Esq., 50 Church Street, New York, N.Y. Re: Metz & Tuck vs. U.S. Radium Corp. My dear Sirs: In the above-entitled matter, pursuant to my telephone conversation with Mr. Weeks of even date, the examinations of the girls are to take place on Wednesday, August 6th, 1930. In order that the electroscopie tests might be made, it is agreed that the girls shall be at the Newark City Hospital (Dr. Martland's Labatories) at 9 o'clock A.M., daylight saving time, on Wednesday, August 6th, 1930. Upon completion of the electroscopic tests, the girls will then be taken to the Newark Memorial Hospital, #16 - 12th Avenue, Newark, N.J., for the physical examinations and to have the X-rays taken. We will have our X-ray man present at the hospital to take X-ray pictures in conjunction with the X-ray man attached to the hospital. I have talked this over with Dr. Noff. Yours very truly, EFU:LBC Edwin Smith CC to Mr. Barker CC to Mr. Markley
