Re: 7562-621 Hoare vs U.S. Radium Corp.
Dear Mr. Galentine:
I personally am somewhat uncertain
as to whether we should settle the above case at a price
exceeding $3000.00.
We understand from a letter just
received from Mr. Markley, copy of which was sent to
Mr. Grey, that a definite date of trial has been set
for June 13th, but there is still a possibility of
settlement at the $3000 price.
I am inclined to follow whatever
suggestion Mr. Markley and Mr. Grey may make regarding
settlement VS actual test of the merits of the case thru
trial.
