P. O. Box 158
Roseland, N.J.
My dear Mrs. St. Clair:
Since we have received bills for full
consultation rates from Dr. Humphries for the visits of
Miss Schaub on May 4th, 13th and 20th, I feel that the
charges for transportation are not a proper charge against the
Commission. I will approve of these bills, this time, but beg
you to inform Miss Schhub that we cannot approve any further
charges for such transportation
Sincerely yours,
Development
James Ewing.
