Dear Mr. Markley:
Judge' Forman has directed me to say that he acquiesces
in your request to adjourn the case of La Por te vs. U. S.
Radium Corp., to Monday September 17, 1934 at the same
hour and place as originally set.
At his suggestion I am sending copies of this le tter
to Messrs. Edwin F. Smith, Leonard J. Emmerglick and Milton
M. Unger.
I do not seem to find the address of Howard H. Barker
and am therefore enclosing herewith a copy of this letter for
you to forward to him, so that everybody may be informed.
