Dr. F. B. Flinn,
Columbia University,
DeLamar Institute of Public Health,
600 West 168th Street,
New York City
Dear Dr. Flinn:-
We have your letter of November 10th and
are pleased to say that for approximately the past three weeks
we have been experimenting with. sulphonate oil as a cleaning
fluid for the hands of our dial painters. Some of the girls seem
to dislike the idea, but we believe that in a short period of time
everyone will be accustomed to the procedure and no objections will
be interposed.
We will let you know later on how successful
we are in introducing the new cleaning method. You will also then
be in a position to determine its effectiveness by actual measure-
ments.
Thanking you for the suggestion, we are,
Very truly yours,
President
