ME DEVITT JOHN NEONARD JAMES J. LANGAN ADOLPH s. HUMMEL CHARLES HISCHAFER ENOS A. PYLE RAYMOND J. LAMB EARLE HARRINGTON September 4, 1934. Re: Catherine Connolly and Thomas Connolly vs. United States Radium Corporation. C. B. Lee, Esg. , President, U. S. Radium Corp. 535 Pearl Street, New York City. De Mr. Lee: This is one of the cases in which we appear for your company and for the Globe. I herewith send you my firm's bill for services and disbursements made. This bill represents one-half of our service charge and one-half of our dis- bursement charge. The other half is billed to the Globe. This is the case in which the Aetna refused to appear or defend for you. You therefore asked us to represent your company direct so far as the period of coverage of the Aetna was concerned. If the bill is not entirely satisfactory do not hesitate to criticise it and let me have your sug- gestions. Yours very truly, & 1565 E a. Marketey EAM:AM. SEP 5 1934
