De Mr. Lee:
This is one of the cases in which we
appear for your company and for the Globe.
I herewith send you my firm's bill for
services and disbursements made. This bill represents
one-half of our service charge and one-half of our dis-
bursement charge. The other half is billed to the Globe.
This is the case in which the Aetna refused to appear or
defend for you. You therefore asked us to represent your
company direct so far as the period of coverage of the
Aetna was concerned.
If the bill is not entirely satisfactory
do not hesitate to criticise it and let me have your sug-
gestions.
