La Parte Nov. 19, 1934. American Medical Assn., 535 N. Dearborn St., Chicago, Illinois. Attn: Reference WCB Gentlemen: We have your letter of November 16th relative to inquiry of & Newark attorney for copies of the Journal containing our advertisements in 1925. For your information I am glad to advise that this request undoubtedly comes from the attorney who is prosecuting a case in behalf of one of our former employees who claims to have suffered from "Radium Poisoning". We seriously doubt the pertinence of the advertisements you carried for us in 1925 , as the girl in question quit work- ing for us back in 1918. While we are not disposed to do do anything to aid the plaintiff's attorney in these matters, still we will leave the matter to your judgment as to supplying the journals in question. Very truly yours, HHBarker:DK Vice-President
