Nov. 24, 1934. Dr. S. C. Lind, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn. Re: LaPorte vs. U.S. Radium Corp. Dear Dr. Lind: There is a possibility that the plaintiff will not succeed in completing their side of the case on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, and if they do not, they will have to carry over to December 3rd. We will have definite information on this point on Wednesday, November 28th, and shall wire you definitely at that time as to the necessity of your being here December 3rd.
