SIRS:
The plaintiffs herewith submit a bill of particulars
pursuant to the demand of the defendant:
1. Plaintiff, named in complaint, is 32 years old.
Deceased was 31.
2. Louise Hanle.
3. At the present time the only information of the
plaintiffs is that the employment commenced some time in 1917
and concluded some time in 1920.
4. Uninterrupted.
5. The decedent painted the dials of watches with
a luminous paint which she mixed up from a powder and adhesive
of gum arabic and a thinner of water, and applied the same with
a small camel's hair brush which she was instructed to repeated-
ly point in her mouth in order to produce a fine point necessary
for the prosecution of her work, in the course of which a small
crucible of water was used for the purpose of removing en-
crusted paint from the hairs of the brush. The deceased painted
the dials of Yankee watches almost exclusively.
6. At the present time the plaintiffs know of no
changes in the employment of the decedent.
7. Mr. May, Mr. Savoy, Miss Rooney, Miss Josephine
Smith, Miss Rollins, and Mrs. Russell.
8. From the information which the plaintiffs have
at the present time the decedent worked almost exclusively on
Yankee watches.

Russell.
11. Sometime in 1920. See 5 and 10.
12. The deceased left the employment of the defendant
some time in 1920 and thereafter worked for about a year at
the Edison plant in West Orange, as an office worker, and
thereafter became married and was a housewife.

15. The marriage was performed on November 8, 1921,
at West Orange, New Jersey, by Mayor Walter D. Van Riper.

19. The plaintiff does not know the exact amount of
the medical bills at the present time but they approximate,
including hospital charges, $375.00. In addition there were
funeral bills totalling $376.44. In addition, various sums
were paid for household services rendered during the illness
of the decedent, the exact amounts of which are not available
to the plaintiff at the present time.
