In accordance with our telephonic talk today,
intinuing over the motion to dismiss the a bove case
OK of prosecution for two weeks from May 8th, to May

nothing further, we served you with a notice of motion for non-
(If os returnable at Newark, which was for several weeks ago,
the motion being returnable on April 22nd. You then called me
and asked for an adjournment of two weeks which I gave wit hout
question and served a new motion returnable at Trenton before
Judge Forman, in accordance with Judge Clark's direction, for
May 8th. Now we are adjourning this motion for two week B until
May 22nd and trust that the case can be disposed of on that
day, if not sooner.
I am sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Smith.
