REPORTS OF SHORTACE
Organizations 01 this commend will make no reports of
shortages to the 9th Corps, required by Administrative Bulletin
5 V, 9th Corps, Januery 7, 1919.
III. DESTROYING OF MUNITIONS IN NEIGHDORHOOD OF TELEPHONE LINES
The following letter from the Commander-in-Chiof, dated
Januery 15, 1919 is publiched for the information and strict
compliance of all concerned;
"From:

To:
Commanding Cenorol, 2nd. Army.
Subject:
Destroying of Munitions in Neighborhood of
Telephone Lines.
1. In letter just received From the Directeur General
des Communieations at des Ravitaillements aux Armees, he
urges particularly that instructions be issued prohibiting
the destrojing of muntions in the neighborhood of telephone
lines. In accordance with this requent, it is directed
that particular attention be paid to this and that care be
exercised to destroy such munitions at puch distance from
telephone lines the t the re will be no possibility of damage
to the lines.
