MEMORANDUM:
In compliance with telegraphic instructions from the
Adjutant General all organizations will prepare immediately a list
in triplicate, alphabetically arranged showing last name followed by
identification number and christian name of all men for whom no service
record is on file,
These lists will be prepared and sent to the Personnel Adjutant
these Headquarters immediately.

Copies to:-
Personnel Adjutant.
Brigado, regimental and
independent unit commanders.
The above list will be sent at once to the Per sonnel Adjutant,
129th Field Artillery.
