Dear Warren:
Yours et September 27th reached me yesterday, and I am
very glad to haar from youe
The Battery has been in action several times and done
very well. We have had but two casualities, and they were
only slight wowns. lucky enoum to get in the big
drive, and right now, we are resting in billets preparatory
to geing backe
Colonel Klomm is still in command of the organization,
and everything is just about the same as when you left.
3 would very mech to see you get back into the
Artillery, and I hope y u succeed. an being sent to school
as you desire.
1 will be pangeed to hear from you any tâme if you care
to write me.
