all concorned:

No. 383 G4. Reports indicatod that a total of 4323 or 23 por-
cont of the total numbor of JSA cars of all typos in sorvico
in FRANCE aro located in the Advance Section in consequence of
which there is an acute shortago of cars in the torritory of
the SOS particulorly box cars, refrigorators, Gond olas and
tanks. Evory offort must be mado to havo such cars as aro
undor your immodiato control unloaded promptly for return to
the SOS.
