A.E.F. is published for the information of the command: "Paris, Jan. 15, 1919. TM Dear General: I have been informed of the splendid thoughtfulness demonstrated by the Amorican 35th Division, on the initiative CORT the AND of General Traub, in distributing among the widows and orphans of the War in the different zones where this large to unit has been stationed since its arrival in France, the sum of a ocllection made among Lts Officers and Soldiers on the occasion of the Feast of Christmas. I know, moreover, that this act of affectionate liberality is not isolated and that the Feast of Christmas was the cocasion for the whole American Army, spontaneously to manifest its friendship and its generosity towards our people. In expressing my personal thanks to you I wish that you would be my Interpreter to the American Officers and Soldiers, for the sircere gratitude of our people upon this sentiment of cordial solidarity, Please accept, my dear Ceneral, the expression of my best and most devoted sentiments. LIST OF ORDNANCE PROPERTY ON HAND Beginning February 15th, 1919 Brigade, Regimental, Machine Gun Battalion, Train and Separate Organization Supply Officers are directed to submit to the Division Ordnance Officer, 35th Division, on the 15th and last day of each month, complete and accurate lists of Ordnance Property on hand in their respective organizations.
