by his Deed of Trust, dated the 7th

recorded in the Recorder's office, in Jackson County, Missouri, in Book
15.4 page 505
, conveyed to
William Chrisman

as trustee, the property hereinafter
described, IN TRUST, to secure the payment of the promisory note in said deed described

And Whereas, It was provided in said deed that in case of the death, inability, refusal to act, or absence of said trustee
from Jackson County, Missouri, then the Sheriff of said Jackson County shall become the successor to said trustee in the title to said
property, and the same become vested in him, the said sheriff, in trust for the purposes and object of said deed, with all the powers,
duties and obligations thereof: and whereas the said William Chrisman

And Whereas. Default was made in the payment of two of said notes
secured by said deed, by reason whereof 1, WILLIAM S. SITLINGTON, Sheriff of Jackson County, Missouri, did, at the request of

proceed to execute the powers to me given by said deed, and did, on monday,
