Jackson County Missouri as marked on the recorded Plat of said WALLACE

thirty-four dollars and leven --cents in yearly installments ,payable
as follows, to-wit:-one hundred and Elevn Dollars and thirty-seven cents
on the sixth day of June 1919 and one hundred and elevn dollars and thir
ty-seven cents on the sixth day of June of each succeeding year thereaft
er until the whole sum named is fully paid,with interest from date at
the rate of six per cent. per annum, The interest on each installment and
the AM the umpaid balance of the principal sum are to be paid
