CONFIRMATION DEED indenture made and entered into this 6th day of March , 1934, by and between John McPherson Dennis, Jr., a single man, and Mary Frances Gould ( Nee Dennis) and Theodore Gould her husband of the county of Baltimore, state of Maryland, parties of the first part and Elizabeth 6. Wallace of the county of Jackson in the state of Missouri , party of the second part, WITNESSETH: THAT, WHEREAS, a certain suit was brought in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, State of Missouri, at Independence, filed December 17, 1929 , being no. 40806 of the files of said court and entitled as follows to-wit : Elizabeth C. Wallace, William H. allace, Jr. and Mary Wallace, plaintiffs, VS Mamie C. Dennis, as trustee under will of Cornelius C. Chiles, deceased, Mamie C. Dennisgand John A. Sea, executor of the will of Cornelius C.Chiles, deceased. The object and purpose of which was to vest the title to the lands set out in said petition and hereinafter fully described in said Elizabeth C. Wallace in fee simple. AND WHEREAS, under the terms of the last will and testament of said Cornelius C. Chiles said Mamie C. Dennis was devised and bequeathed under Item 8 of the said last will and testament as shown in Item 2nd. of codicil to will made November 4th. 1918, to her , said Mamie C.Dennis as trustee in trust, one -half of his residuary estate for the children born and to be born of said Mamie C.Dennis, to be by her held in trust until her said children became of legal age, reference is hereby made to said Item 8 of said will as set out in codicil no. 3 of said will which reference is hereby made same is hereby made a. part hereof. AND WHEREAS, said John McPherson Dennis and Mary Frances Dennis, now Mary Frances Gould, are the only children of said Mamie C. Dennis named a.s aforesaid trustee, and have long since attained legal age and said Mamie C. Dennis, as trustee a.s aforesaid, has fully dis- to charged and /or complied with all the terms of said will and paid
