Secretary General Lie has suggested that the Security
Council meet March 25 because certain delegations
cannot arrive by March 21, the scheduled date.
051- ALBANIA
Soviet penetration of Albania is moving with a rapidity
which appears ominous, according to our representative

have been ordered to report for duty March 15. Other military acti-

treat effectively with the USSR on the problem of the Dardanelles
and the Aegean.
