I don't recall that name.
I would also like to add I know Mr. Banister did

Answer: I know we had a Rodriguez. I am trying to recall.
I believe that name was in that file. I would say it was in
there.

No, Mr. Nitchski mentioned that you were interested
in finding out what I knew about the files, where they were,
did I have any.

No, they didn't take his files nor his fur niture.
They didn't take anything out of his office. All the office
furniture was there - the typewriters.
Question: You were working for him in '63.

Yes, they never touched any of his files or his
furniture.
Question: Did Mr. Banister own a gun?
Answer:
He had quite a lot of guns and ammunition in his
house. Sometimes he had a gun on him. I don't know what it was.
