MEMORANDUM FOR
THE PRESIDENT
At your direction, I have reduced the primary categories to
fewer than ten, and the number of questions to about twenty
on the Domestic side. There are the ones most likely to be asked
as of today. Also, I have further subdivided the books into
Secondary and Miscellaneous categories, and have placed red
check marks in the margin of the indices for those secondary
q uestions I think are highly unlikely. But, being conservative,
we have still tried to include all questions that might come up
that can be anticipated -- so that a single run-over will at
least familiarize the President with them.
