SYDNEY PROBST
You asked me to talk to Bruce Lindsey regarding Sydney Probst.
As the attached indicates, Probst was accused of insider trading
this year. According to Bruce, she agree to pay a fine
disgorging her profits as part of a settlement.
Bruce thinks the President needs to decide whether or not to hire
her for a re-elect position. He thinks Karen Hancox told him
that this issue was raised with the President and he had
indicated she should not be hired.
