Drivers rölls will,be carefully made 44 inches long, strapped to the candie of the saddle on the off horse and turned over into the saddle. Cannoneers rolls "will be uniformily made 22 inches long, and placed in the luggage racks lying down. There will be three on each carriage including the American caissons. "All men who are not mounted will make dismounted rolls and fall in at the rear of the battery. No one except Cooks, Stable Police and the Guards on post will be excused from this inspection.
